Follow the connection guide, sign in, and choose a brand you own or have been invited to. If your AI tool does not show an option to add connections, ask your workspace administrator to enable it.
Check the address in the connection guide and make sure the connection is enabled in your chat. For private brand work, check which account you signed in with. If a retry time appears, wait before trying again.
Report a connection problem. Include the error, time, and AI tool. Never send passwords or access tokens.
Open My brands using the email address that received the owner’s invitation. Ask the owner to check your role and whether the invitation has been accepted. Still missing? Get help with brand access.
Saving a draft keeps it private. In the connected authoring flow, publication requires the owner to approve the exact revision through email review. Open your brand to review its status. If the approval email is missing, contact support.
Open your brand and check the source files behind the claim. Persistent changes require editing access and the owner’s approval before publication. Review AI output before using it. Report incorrect brand context.
Open Claude’s connector settings or ChatGPT’s settings, select Encoded Brands, and disconnect it. In ChatGPT, look under Apps or Connectors. For another AI tool, use its connection settings.
Your Encoded account and brand files remain after disconnection. To request their deletion, email a deletion request.
